Just like electrical outlets, charging stations have different plugs and sockets depending on the vehicle brand and the country where you're charging. Luckily though, European countries follow the below standards: AC charging standards:

For European vehicles, Type 2 plugs are standard. These one-phase or triple-phase plugs can deliver up to 22 kW for private charging, and up to 43 kW for public charging.
*In Europe, all Tesla models have a Type 2 socket.

The time it takes to charge an EV depends on the size of the EV’s battery and the speed of the EV charger.

Fast chargers are the quickest way to charge an EV. In just 15 minutes to one hour, a 50 kW - 350 kW DC fast charger can deliver between 200 km - 500 km of range. Residential or commercial AC charging stations between 7 kW - 22 kW take around four to eight hours to charge an EV from empty to full. However, instead of waiting until their battery is empty to charge, many EV drivers charge wherever they park.

Known as the top-up model, this makes AC chargers a practical choice for businesses and drivers alike.

A simple formula to calculate the time needed for you to charge your EV is to divide the size of the battery by the power of your charger.

After selecting the right charger and power output for you, you can add the selected charger to your cart. In case you also need a charging cable or a cable holder, you can do these products to your cart during this step as well. After you have added all the
products to your cart, you can proceed to checkout and pay. After the first step, you will receive your invoice and tracking number per email. Furthermore, we will also send you the user and installation manuals you need.

Purchase of EV charger with installation:

After selecting the right charger and power output for you, you can add the selected charger to your cart. If you need assistance or help to decide on what type of charger suits you best, do not hesitate to get in touch with our customer service and we will help you through every step.

If you wish to have one of our certificated technicians install your charger, you can add the Installation product to your cart as well. This will give you an estimation of the price (You will only pay for the basic installation package during checkout, the extra costs will be billed after the installation has taken place).

In case you also need a charging cable or a cable holder, you can add these products to your cart during this step as well. After you have added all the products to your cart, you can proceed to checkout and pay.

After payment, our technician will get in touch with you through email to arrange a date for the installation. You will also receive your invoice and tracking number per email. Furthermore, we will also send you the user and installation manuals of your charger.

You will receive your products in one day after purchasing these. This is possible thanks to our free one-day shipping service in Europe. You can keep the products in a safe place until the date of the installation takes place. After the installation has been done, we will send you the Invoice for the extra installation costs.

All AXAL Power chargers have a two-year warranty period from the moment you receive them. We warrant our products against defects in material and workmanship. If a defect arises and a valid claim is received within the warranty period, we will provide free spare replacement parts and technical support. Our installations have a five-year warranty period (when the issue has been caused by the electrician), and 10
years guarantee on the components.

This AC006 EV Wallbox can be placed almost anywhere you desire. A frequent chosen location is your own driveway, garage or outside walls of the house. It is important to keep in mind where the plug in your car is located. The connection can either be in the
nose or back of the car, this can influence the ease of the connection process from the car to the Wallbox. Furthermore, the distance of the Wallbox to your meter box will influence the price and difficulty of the Installation process.

Yes, thanks to our app HomeCharger available on the APP Store and Play Store, you can control everything you want to do with the charger. To let others, use the charger, for example family members, you can create a “family” in the app, where you can add users that you allow to use the charger. To do this, you add their email in the app, and they will receive an invitation. As simple as that.

No, to be able to use the charger, you need access to the app. The charging process can only be started by the owner or members of the “family” through the app.

Yes, if you desire to lock your charging cable on the socket of the Wallbox even when you are not charging, we can manually change that for you on our OCCP platform. If you wish to have access to this feature and many more at your own convenience, we also offer a subscription to our OCCP platform for 7,99 euros a month which you will be able to access at any given time.
